Return, Replacement, Cancellation & Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing FlipNClick! We are committed to ensuring a seamless shopping experience for you. Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a replacement or exchange policy, subject to our discretion and the terms outlined below.
Eligibility for Replacement or Exchange
Your purchase qualifies for a replacement or exchange only under the following conditions:
• If an incorrect product has been delivered (i.e., it does not match the description on our website)
• If the product has a genuine manufacturing defect or was delivered in a damaged condition
• If the order is missing essential parts or accessories
Non-Returnable Items
All our products are non-returnable due to the complexities involved in reverse logistics, especially for delicate, fragile, or large items. However, if the issue is due to our error (such as delivery of a wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will offer a replacement or store credit.
How to Request a Replacement or Exchange
If your purchase meets the eligibility criteria above, please submit a request within 48 hours of delivery via:

Please include:
• Your Order ID
• 4–5 clear images of the product
• Images of the original packaging
• Images clearly showing the defect, damage, or incorrect product
Note:
• Requests submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted
• Products must be unused and returned in original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.
Refund, Replacement, and Exchange Process
If your request is approved:
• Reverse pickup will be arranged within 4–5 working days
• Once the product is received and inspected, we will initiate a replacement or issue store credit
• Store credit or replacement will be processed within 7–10 working days
If a replacement is unavailable, store credit equal to the product value will be issued.
If you receive a tampered package, please refuse delivery and inform us immediately.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled only before they are packed and dispatched.

Once the order is packed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
If canceled successfully:
• Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable payment gateway charges
• Refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days
Shipping Policy
We ship across most serviceable pin codes in India.
• Standard delivery time: 3–7 working days depending on your location
• Tracking details will be shared via WhatsApp or Email once shipped
• Customers can track their order using the tracking link provided
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
For urgent delivery requests, please contact us with your Order ID.
Reverse Pickup and Exchange Timeline
• Reverse pickup will be arranged within 4–5 working days after approval
• Replacement product will be dispatched within 4–5 working days after receiving the returned product
Refund Policy for Online and COD Orders
• Refunds will be issued only in the form of FlipNClick Store Credits or Gift Cards
• Store credits are valid for 60 days from the date of issue
• Store credits can be used for future purchases on FlipNClick
Cash refunds are not available for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.
Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and passes inspection.
